  1. There will be two Divisions this season; Mitchell and Johnson (see Schedule page for division Info)

  2. Top four teams from each division make the playoff rounds

  3. The top team from Mitchell plays the 4th place team of the Johnson, 2nd Mitchell plays 3rd Johnson and so on in the 1st round

  4. All playoff rounds will be 4 out of 7 series

  5. Each subsequent round will be based on  the best won/loss %age. The team having the best record plays the team with the worst record and  will get home field for games 1, 2, 6 and 7. he 2nd best record will play the 3rd best.

  6.  injuries and pitching restrictions apply through-out the play-offs. It was decided that at season's end 2 "ghost games" would be added to allow teams to juggle rotation for the playoffs. Starters, relievers and injuries would be affected by this new rule

  7. 25 man roster to be named prior to start of post-season

  8. minor leaguers may be brought up in case of injury and must return when injured player returns. Any player can be called up. Player movement can only be done between games not during

  9. Players with less than 200 ABs can start in case of injury at injured player's position only

  10. platoon players can start a maximum of 3 games per series in the play-offs

  11. bonuses are given to teams that win quickly in the playoffs rounds. For example if Team A wins their 1st round in 4 games and is to meet Team B, who won their 1st round in 6 games, then Team A would be able to adjust his pitching and injuries by 2 "ghost games". These bonuses would be over and above the 2 "ghost" games from Rule # 6 above. This allows for real life waiting for the next round.
